Everyone at their post

Each recruitment project is the subject of a specific job description. The missions and profile sought are identified as best as possible to encourage internal mobility and invite everyone to share with their network, recruitment is first shared internally. It is only afterwards that we post it on our site and on the job boards.

Our recruitment process is demanding and caring. Candidates send us their usual CV and cover letter, and also answer a question, a little less usual: "What makes you happy at the idea of fulfilling the mission that HomePerformance offers you?"
